What are the hours of service?
Ecallback is available 24 x 7. But you decide when to activate the calls and when they not required. As you'll see from the Control Panel, you decide how and when Ecallback works for you.
What are the Terms of Service?
You have full administrative rights to the system; we don't get involved in how and when you use Ecallback. All we require is 10 days notice to activate the system and we ask for 30 days notice when you no longer require the service.
How much do you charge?
There is a small set up charge, but no monthly license fees. You only pay for the call charges and a connection fee per call. No calls no charges.
How quickly can you set Ecallback up for me?
Once you've decided where you want the calls delivering too it normally takes approximately 10 days and that can include training if required.
Do I need to involve my IT Dept?
Theres no reason for your IT people to get involved at all. You just tell us where you need the calls delivering too and we do the rest.
Who controls the flow of calls?
You do. We give you full access to the Control Panel so you decide when calls come through and when they don't, where calls come from and where they're delivered to.
What if I don't want all the calls?
As part of the call selection process, you can set parameters that disregard calls that don't fit your criteria, For example, if a person hasn't completed the postcode on the website you may decide you don't want that call.
Do you give training?
Yes. We want to make sure you're comfortable using the system so it works best for you. This also helps reduce calls to the helpdesk!
Do you offer a Help Desk facility?
Yes. There are always trained members of staff on hand to help if you ever get stuck or have a problem.
